Wood Heads Spider Quint in Team Election Night
Wiley W. Wood was chosen captain of the SHIR basketball team for the second time as Coach Dobson and Mrs. Dobson hosted an eighthanper at Murphy's Hotel. Randolph Macon defeated Richmond College and William and Mary in a triangular debate held at Richmond College auditorium. Judges included Deans and the Virginia House delegate, with Macon winning on both sides of the question universal military training.
