Sipe Tops Cumbie and Swett Wins in SBA Election
Jim Sipe defeated Jim Cumbie 468 to 185 in the Richmond College SBA presidential race as turnout neared 60 percent. Tom Swett won SBA president for 1977-78 by under 10 votes, with Farley Davis and Lisa Butterfield also elected to top SBA posts.
