Richmond College Votes Rules Outlined by Student Government
Thad Crump announces voting procedures for the forthcoming student elections at Richmond College. The roster comes from the Student Directory with corrections from the YMCA. Campaigning is banned in the Playhouse. Elections are run by Student Government and the Honor Council, not candidates. Parties may have five observers in ballot rooms but cannot be candidates. Polling times will be posted on the Student Government board, and those without names on the roster may vote with a certificate from Miss Monsell.
