Y M C A Completes Program For Christian Education Conference
The Y M C A has finalized plans for the Christian World Education Institute on campus next Friday evening. Notable speakers include Dr. Ruggieri the Italian Consul who opens with an informal lecture in the Westhampton Drawing Room. Also scheduled are Dr Tamblyn at the 7 00 P M vesper service, Dr Davis at the Chapel convocation Monday, and Dr R Blackwell on Russia. A post dinner discussion on student ambassadors of international friendship will be led by Mr Flurrey in the Y Building.

Messenger postpones student vote on magazine content
The Student Government Association postponed voting on the Messenger until after the next issue appears. Editor Morrissette led the motion at the weekly meeting. The issue, already at press, will address censures and potential changes to future appearance. A debate on voter qualifications for upcoming elections followed. Whalen proposed a two dollar charge for the privilege.

Richmond Debaters Defeat Hampden Sydney and Roanoke in Debates
University of Richmond teams defeated Hampden Sydney College and Roanoke College by 3 0 decisions. Roy Clendenning and Sam R Stone for UR upheld the negative on the chain store issue. Debates occurred Friday at 12 15 PM in Room KR and Saturday at the YMCA building with strong student attendance.

Each candidacy must be signed by three students who have paid their budget fees. Elections will be held on the first Tuesday in March with printed ballots prepared in advance.
