Reserve Flyers Called To Duty
More than forty Army Air Corps Reserve students from Richmond College were ordered to active duty at the Parcel Post Building in Richmond next Thursday. Forty plus students had already left for Fort Meade Md last Monday, reducing college enrollment to about 876. President Boatwright urged remaining students to stay and use their time at school to benefit the nation.

Naval Enlistment Ban Signals Shift to New Naval Reserve Plan
Dean B. C. Holtzclaw announced a temporary suspension of all V-1 Naval Reserve enlistments, effective last Saturday. Lt. Barnes reports the ban is to coordinate high school and college programs and a new plan expected to start around March 1 may involve draft age men 17 to 20.
