Four Kappa Sigmas Reunite After Twenty-Five Years
Four Kappa Sigma alumni from the University of Pennsylvania reunite at a fraternity initiation in Miami on February 9 1937. Bruce Van Buskirk of Bronxville NY is initiated with Harold Van Buskirk James C Patterson Ralph Morris and Paul Hesser playing roles in the ceremony. Each former student had excelled in fencing track senior leadership and campus arts, and the group’s pact to reunite remains honored across distance.

David Bear, assistant business manager, says the 1987 Hatchet Hop is used to secure extra subscribers for the yearbook. The staff hopes to publish a larger, better book, with costs rising and subscriptions running until noon February 27. A free Hatchet Hop ticket is offered for selling five subscriptions.
