University to charge students for campus parking next fall
University Business manager William J. Rhodes Jr. announced a $15 annual parking fee for students on the main campus and University College lot downtown. Faculty and staff park free while the university pursues enhancements including lighting and paving with potential government aid covering up to 75 percent of costs.

Richmond College announces an open house for dorm visitation from 6 to 11 p m tomorrow night as Student Government president Steve Nock says. The event, longer than prior ones, may extend to midnight soon. Dorms remain public during visits with no alcohol allowed and guests signed in on honor desks in each main lounge.
