Adrienne Price Wins Best Dressed Co-Ed at Richmond

Adrienne Price a Westhampton College senior is named best dressed in a campus election held February 11 with 116 votes from 517. She is a May Court member majoring in sociology and Newport News native who has traveled globally. The ten winners will be photographed for Glamour magazine and visit New York for two weeks at the Bilmore Hotel with a fashion show and Waldorf Astoria champagne cotillion.

Press Club Officers Elected at University Meeting

The University press club formed with provisional officers Ned Heite as president Wayne Harmon vice president Diana Davis secretary and B B Allen treasurer A committee including Nancy Smith Nancy Spencer and Don Dale will draft activity plans and a constitution to be voted on next meeting. The club aims to unite publication staffers train staff and promote esprit de corps in campus press.

Ritter to Speak on Latin American Views at Forum

Dr. W. W. Ritter of the modern language faculty will discuss Latin American views on the U S Monday night at a Philologian Society current events forum. He recently toured Latin America and remains in contact with people there. The 6 45 p m program will be in the student lounge on the first floor of the student activities building. Refreshments will be served and all students and faculty are invited. The society aims to broaden campus background with these talks along with an historic film showing and a writing contest this semester.

U of R Graduate Millar Commissioned as Navy Ensign

Doug P. Millar a recent University of Richmond graduate was commissioned Ensign in the U S Navy at a January 20 ceremony at the Naval School of Pre flight Pensacola Florida He completed sixteen weeks of pre flight training and is assigned to Saufley Field Auxiliary Air Station Pensacola for preliminary flight training
