Westhampton College Wedding Unites Junior and Freshman Classes
One of Westhampton College’s oldest traditions joined the Junior and Freshman classes in a Grecian wedding ceremony on Friday February 10 at 8 30 P M in the auditorium. The stage resembled a Greek temple with flowers palms and cedars decorating the space. Helen Christophus led a interpretive dance as the wedding procession. The bride Gladys Wright president of the Freshman class and groom Olivia Hardy a member of the Junior class participated in the union continuing on page six.

Rats to Banquet Next Thursday In Richmond Hotel

TrusteeRecovering From Injuries At Hospital After Hotel Fire
D. H. Pitts of Scottsville a trustee of Richmond University was injured in the Lexington Hotel fire in Lexington. He was in town to attend the State Legislature and is reported recovering at Johnston Willis Hospital.

Local Spider Debaters Meet Trinity College Tonight
The Spider team opens the inter collegiate forensics season meeting Trinity College debaters at Westhampton and Durham. The Westhampton contest in the Red Cross building at eight features judges of local prominence and the subject Resolved That Congress Should Enact Legislation Providing for a Sales Tax. Six locals were chosen through elimination to support the Spider standard with three traveling to confront Trinity. The trip team includes A B Rudd Louis Shochet and R Alley.

Spiderdom to Be Orators Host at Richmond Declamation
Arrangements for the Sixth Annual University of Richmond Prep School and High School Declamation Contest are complete. The event will be in the Richmond College chapel next Wednesday night with seven prep and high schools participating. Replies have come from West Point Bolling Green St Christopher's or Union Military Academy.

Dobson leads a three week course covering football basketball track and baseball with affiliations to the regular summer session directed by Professor W. L. Prince. Omicron Delta Kappa To Host 1923 Convention Here
Spsilon Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa announces the 1923 national convention will meet here next February. R C Walden extended the invitation in Pittsburg and Professor H B Handy was elected vice president and national council member. The session opened Saturday with a morning gathering, luncheon at The Scheenley, an auto tour of the city, and a banquet that night.
