Trustees Adopt By Law Amendment Over University President Selection
The University Board of Trustees amended the by laws to create a special selection committee for nominating the next president. The committee will be appointed by the rector and consult with faculty representatives from the academic councils, though the board retains full appointment power. Dr. George M. Poor Seymours Highlight Virginia College Drama Festival
John H. Lane of Selbyville Del says his first play success came by accident. The one act Poor Seymours will be performed at the College Drama Festival of Virginia at the University tomorrow with Richmond College students Thomas W. Robertson and W. W. Saunders in lead roles. Morton Da Costa will be guest critic for six plays including Virginia Commonwealth University and Hollins College entries. Sessions begin 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. in the James L. Camp Memorial Theater. Tickets are $1.25 or $2 for a two-session block.

Committee plans release of campus relations findings
