Westhampton Plans Song Contest at Keller Hall Gym

Coffee Contributions Aid Paris Students

Richmond College to Retrofit Barracks as Faculty Offices
Richmond College announces conversion of a former Richmond Air Base officer’s barracks into a two story building near the power plant. The first floor will hold four classrooms and a student lounge. the second floor will house 26 faculty offices. Westhampton College dormitory work continues with completion planned by September to add capacity for about 110 students and multiple classrooms.

Radio Guild Auditions Draw No Students

Phi Alpha Week-end Dances Set for University Campus
The 16th Annual Rho Tau Week-end sponsored by the Phi Alpha Fraternity Alumni Association will revive pre war social life with two dances. Friday night at the Hotel John Marshall Roof Garden features Dickie Radford and his Country Club of Virginia Orchestra, with invited faculty and national officers. Saturday’s formal at the Mosque Ballroom will be backed by Bill Woods and his Orchestra.

Students Save On Henry V Matinee at WRVA Theatre
Paul G Anglin of the Theatre Guild announced special discounts for students and faculty on the matinee tickets for Laurence Olivier's Henry V at the WRVA Theatre. The six day run begins February 23 with prices cut from 1.90 to 1.25. Eligible students present stamped certificates at the box office while seats remain.
