Dr. George M. Modlin told the board the university should cap full time enrollment at 2,000 to 2,500 as facilities cannot support more. Current full time enrollment is 1,665 with 1,445 total including part time. He urged funds for dormitories and new facilities including law school, library, and future academic buildings while noting faculty additions and the need to raise salaries.
