Student Volunteer Conference Set for East Radford
The Eighth Annual Student Volunteer Conference will be held at East Radford Normal School in East Radford Virginia from February 23 to 25. The event will feature world leaders in missionary work and include 7:30 PM sessions starting Friday and ending Sunday evening. Free lodging provided for delegates and railroads offer reduced rates if 250 delegates attend. Virginia colleges receive three delegates per initial hundred students plus one for each additional hundred, plus all student volunteers.

A mysterious donor provided 100 free Marguerita Sylvia Concert tickets via N B Farris to be given to 100 students who would attend. Mr Smith delivered tickets in the Cafeteria and the rest were handed out Sunday due to low Saturday supper turnout. Westhampton reportedly received an equal allotment for Spiderdom supporters.
