Qualifications for Student Offices Are Announced
Richmond College announces student government elections on March fifth. Elections will fill president vice president secretary treasurer four senators at large a Board of Publications rep and an Athletic Council rep. Candidates for president and vice president need a CO average and senior status. Campaigns follow party planning by All-Campus and Student parties with petitions and funding.

McDanel Group Meeting Welcomes Virginius Dabney Speaker

Westhampton modern dance group Orchesis performs three pieces in Keller Hall at 8 pm. The program includes Tubby the Tuba Whiffs of Westhampton and Bach in Percussion directed by Frances Wessels with Grace Bloxsom and Carolyn Quinn. Senior and junior groups portray orchestra sections through movement.

Student Center Opens Evening With Pause for Power and Prayer
Tonight the Student Center cancels the movie in favor of a program titled Pause for Power and Prayer. An open house follows, with additional events including an Orchesis recital in Keller Hall at 8 p.m. and a YMCA sponsored talent show on March 15 inviting entrants via Mr. Stone or Bob Spencer.
