Black History Week enters its fourth of eight days as SOBA reports tepid turnout at Sunday worship led by the Rev A James at Cannon Memorial Chapel. A NAACP talk follows and a rap session in the Robins Center. VCU Players present Black Child Quarter Tomorrow at Millhiser Gym with a community blood drive Saturday morning and a dance Saturday night featuring Trussel.
