Robins Family Donates Funds for University Fields
The University of Richmond board approved two new intramural football fields and up to four new tennis courts funded by Mrs. Claiborne Robins Sr and her son B. Claiborne Robins. Construction begins immediately, with use planned for next fall, and the Robins Memorial Field will honor Claiborne Robins Sr. Class of 1894.

YMCA Plans Bible Distribution in RC Dormitories
A Richmond College YMCA committee will place a Holy Bible in each dormitory and barracks room starting this month. The project, in cooperation with the American Home Bible League, includes a daily devotional guide and monthly replacement.

Sabbatical Drive Keeps McDanel Walking to University of R
Dr. Ralph C. McDanel on sabbatical from the University walks from Dog Patch to the University of Richmond each day to begin a history project. He plans an annotated bibliography this semester and remains active as faculty chairman of athletics and UR’s Southern Conference representative.
