Compulsory Budget Fee Drive For University Board Action
Petitions totaling 522 of 70 Richmond College students support a compulsory budget fee for 1932 33. The drive, led by Pi Delta Epsilon with Omicron Delta Kappa aid, was presented to Dr Boatwright for the University Board of Trustees at yesterday’s semi annual meeting.

Third Annual Faculty Lecture Series Starts February 15

Kappa Sigma Dedicates New House This Week
The Kappa Sigma Fraternity moves into a new house on Fraternity Row with openings this week. Architect Elmer Cappelmann included modern features, contractor Doyle & Russell of Richmond, Va. Freshman initiates were Charles B. Arendal Jr, Beverley L. Britton, Lawson H. Cooke, William W. Crisp Jr, William EB Seaton, B Tarleton Bowles, and Frederick W. Ackerman. Dedication ceremonies followed with remarks by Dr. Boatwright, Dr Cornthwaite, Judge Robert N. Pollard, and Dean W. L. Prince.

The Web staff announces extra copies of the annual on Richmond College campus due to budget shortfalls. Each copy costs five dollars and reservations are requested from students who have not paid their budget fee. Westhamptonites delay the annual mid winter dances to Friday February 12 and Saturday February 13 replacing February 5 6. The Junior prom Friday night features an eight piece orchestra nine to twelve in the dining room with committee heads named. Saturday hosts an informal Sophomore Class dance nine to twelve in the same dining room.
Philologians Elect Officers and Discuss Yearbook Plans
The Philologian Literary Society held its semi annual election on Monday January 18 electing John Cowley president for the second semester and Ralph Ferrell Jr as representative to Forensic Council. A publicity committee was created with Neenat as chairman to promote group interests on campus. A parliamentary technicality was referred to Roberts Rules of Order.

Varsity Debate Team Schedule Set by Westhampton Council
The Westhampton Debate Council met February 1 to finalize the season calendar. Debates are scheduled away from campus with Temple College for Women on March 18 at 7 30 p m and New Jersey State College on March 19 at 3 o clock, plus a March 19 NYU debate. Pittsburgh University will host March 21 at 8 o'clock. Active debaters named are Misses Marion Clark Mary Ann Wall and Frances Rawlings.
