RC Senate Plans Purchase of Refectory Speaker System

Rho Tau Dance Sponsor Named for 19th Annual Event
Miss Shirley Waranch of Richmond will sponsor the 19th annual Rho Tau Dance at the Mosque ballroom tomorrow night at nine. Waranch, 18, a former RPI student, will be introduced during intermission. The event is a Phi Alpha affair with Townsmen providing music, and it marks the first social of the 1950 semester.

Former Colonel Surrenders Silver Leaves for University Admission
William J. Feazel, a former U. S. Army lieutenant colonel who served on staffs to a five star general and admiral in World War II, has traded his silver leaves for admission to the University of Richmond. At 46 he plans to pursue a pre law course and enter active legal practice after graduation. He brings 38 military college credits and had never attended a non military classroom prior to Richmond College. Born near New Boston Texas he grew up on a farm with six siblings and a one room schoolhouse.
