University of Richmond Board Approves Noncapital Federal Funds
The University of Richmond board voted to seek federal funds for education and research not tied to capital projects. They require no infringement on academic freedom and no limits on religious programs. Barracks dormitories remain a fall priority, with future use to be decided after a new dorm opens next year.
