Westhampton Hosts Two Dances to Open Semester Social
Westhampton plans a two night winter dance series in the college dining room marking the new term. The Juniors sponsor a formal card prom led by Theresa Carter with guests Felix Hawking of Virginia and Mary Early assisting. Tickets rise to 50 cents for general and a dollar for date tickets. The Diplomats provide the music for both events from nine to twelve, with seniors offering a break dance the following night.

After two weeks of balloting in the Collegian Web poll five Westhampton students and five from Richmond College were named winners. Grace Rowland was named most beautiful girl at Westhampton with Virginia Sanford and Dot Leighty as runners up. Virgil Gray was Richmond's most handsome man with Garnett Snead and Smithson Morris next in votes. Roger Leverton and Jackie Lowe were named best athletes at their schools. Continued on Page 3.

The YWCA and YMCA of Virginia plan a statewide inter racial student health conference in Grace Covenant Church Richmond on February 10. Dr T Koo of China will give two addresses at 10 30 am and 3 pm and lead an open forum. Any student or faculty from Virginia higher ed institutions is welcome.
