Westhampton College to rename Honor Council Judicial Council
Westhampton College Government Association discussed constitutional amendments to change Honor Council to Judicial Council and revise membership. The study led by Mrs. Jane Thurman Anderson proposes non leadership-based membership including dormitory and town seniors, with two seniors at large, and requires members to be in good academic standing. Voting is set for Monday in Keller Hall and the Reading Room.

The Richmond College SGA reports 628 to 2 in favor of open campus concerts with about 50 percent turnout. Commission Proposes Urban University in Virginia
