Last night at the Centennial kick off in Richardson Heights, Asa Hubbard and John Knox Jr were paraded in a portable jail and judged by Judge Roger Kraus in a playful Kangaroo Court. Beards earned 'crimes' and punishments included a trough dunking and pies, as children cheered and costumes paraded along the Promenade.
