Building Permits Reach Record Four Month Total
Richardson building permits for January through April totaled 11.72 million dollars an all time high. April alone accounted for 3.96 million with 46 housing units valued at 776 664 dollars and 5 industrial permits totaling 2.847 million. Major permits included Collins Radio 1.627 million for an office building and Anderson Clayton 1.0 million for a research lab. Four month total up 242 percent from year earlier.
