Brahms and Rachmaninoff Highlight Richardson Symphony
The Richardson Symphony Orchestra closed its 7th season with Brahms Second Piano Concerto featuring Stefan Bardas of North Texas State University and a young Rachmaninoff First Movement performance by Lela Walsh, Highland Park HS. The program opened with a flag salute and Verdi Aida music, followed by Gershwin’s Porgy and Bess finale. The concert, conducted by Chris Xeros, received strong renderings from the orchestra, with standout horn and string sections and no lasting disruptions.

UTD theft report cites multiple campus and local crimes
