Richardson Community Concerts Seeks New Members For 68 69 Season
Mayor John Gordon urges residents to join Richardson Community Concerts Association as four varied programs are announced for the 68 69 season. Whittemore and Lowe, a ballet group, First Chamber Dance Quartet, National Orchestra of Mexico City conducted by Luis Herrera de La Fuente, and The Varel and Bailly Company lead the lineup. Members may attend series in Grand Prairie Irving and Greenville and 12 to 16 concerts with a single membership. Merchants sponsor free memberships via drawings March 30. Memberships stay at 7 50 for adults and 3 for students.

RISD Science Fair awards 104 ribbons in ninth annual event
The Richardson Independent School District honored 104 ribbon winners from 726 science exhibits as its ninth annual Science Fair was held at Northwood Hills Elementary. 44 ribbons went to secondary exhibits and 60 to elementary, with winners eligible for the Dallas Regional Science Fair on April 6 8 at the Dallas Memorial Auditorium.
