The Texas Kennel Club will donate copies of The New Dog Encyclopedia to 35 Dallas County libraries in ceremonies at Richardson Public Library on Thursday at 10 30 a.m. The gift, valued at 900, supports the club show in Fair Park with over 2 500 dogs from about 100 breeds entering its 71st event.
