Countywide Goals groups organize 500 volunteer sessions across Dallas this fall to present 300 Task Force proposals on 12 areas, including government, design, health, education, economy, and recreation. Neighborhood Meetings run Sept 15 to Nov 26 with 3 hour sessions starting at 7:30 p.m.
