The Hella Black Horse Mounted Patrol of Dallas to headline the 15th Annual Cotton Bowl Festival Parade themed The Ward of Entertainment. The unit, formed in 1957 and Shrine affiliate, has won multiple national drill titles and will serve as Honor Guard for Imperial Potentate C. Victor Thornton in June.
