Directors of The Citizens State Bank declare a regular 5 per cent semiannual cash dividend payable Dec 31 to stockholders of record Dec 27. In 1965 the bank will have paid the regular 10 per cent annual dividend totaling $25,000.06 plus an extra cash dividend of $2,500.00.
