Citizens State Bank Declares Special Dividend and Christmas Project
John Head of Citizens State Bank announced a special 20 cent per share dividend, making 70 cents total with the regular 50 cent payout. The board moved 100000 from undivided profits to certified surplus, boosting capital to 1 million.
