Suspects Sought After Monday Night Robbery at Dalhart Home

Richardson police released likenesses from an armed robbery at 1248 Dalhart the night of Monday. About $1300 and a .44 revolver were taken. Descriptions include a white man 25 to 30, 5 9, 150 pounds with black hair and dark eyes, and a Negro man 25 to 30, 5 9, about 150 pounds with dark eyes wearing a brown coat and light brown hat. Call the Richardson Police with tips.

Three Major Auto Accidents Reported On Thursday

Richardson police logged three major traffic incidents Thursday injuring three people. A Tuesday collision also left one person hurt. Pedestrian details include Inge and Belt Line two car crash involving Stephen David Davis and his mother Salley Wells Davis. Carl Fred Bebo charged with negligent collision.

Post Office Open Today For Business In Richardson

Richardson residents can visit the Post Office today from 1 to 5 p.m as a special holiday service. Poastmaster George Kemp notes Sunday hours are part of a Christmas schedule to help with last minute postal needs before Christmas. Regular hours this week run 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. Mail arrival notices may be left at the post office from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.

Exchange Student Speaks At Interact Club Meeting

Rassool Faiz Mahdavi, an American Field Service exchange student from Iran, spoke to Richard son High School Interact Club at the City Recreation Center. He attends Woodrow Wilson High School in Dallas and stays with Mr. and Mrs. Reed at 2417 Brendenwood. He compared U S and Iran education stressing tougher college entrance and fewer U S recreation options, noting cheaper living in Iran but higher car costs and Iran's oil wealth.

LTV Electrosystems to Start Greenville Lab Jan

LTV Electrosystems plans a 64 000 square foot office laboratory in Greenville as part of a 2 million expansion. The project follows a 380 foot extension of the main production building making it the longest of its kind. The new two story masonry and steel lab will include data processing with IBM 360 computers and supports military weapons system work.
