Police officer recalls memorable Christmas in 1973
Richardson Police Department patrolman William Quesenberry recalls Dec 25 1973 when his children were at the right age. The family in Virginia baked snow ice cream and opened gifts, Ricky receiving a miniature motorcycle as Julie enjoyed the unwrapping moment. It was his only Christmas off work.
