Plano ISD adopts 1.23 tax rate after restraining order
Plano Independent School District sets a combined 1.23 per 100 valuation tax rate for 1971 72 to fund operating costs and debt service. Trustee President Dan Smith cautions a large bond payment due next Wednesday may still require taxpayer help.
