Twenty nine Plano Senior High School students in the Social Science Major Studies class spend three hours a day in internships at law offices hospitals and universities as living classrooms. They research and observe careers in politics law social work archaeology economics and law enforcement while preparing for college majors and future jobs.

YMCA taps Stone to head fund drive
The Richardson YMCA board named David Stone chairman of the 1976 Sustaining Drive to raise funds for the Richardson YMCA. Stone, senior vice president of Promenade National Bank, was last year's top division leader and has long served the YMCA and community groups. He expressed optimism that the community will support the campaign kicking off Jan 24, 1976.
