Fire runs fell to 67 in November from 69 in October, with 384 men and 169 man hours. Ambulance runs totaled 46. 62.30 man hours. Only three homes and 89 businesses were inspected, while 36 schools and assemblies were visited and seven burn permits issued.
RISD enrollment hits 26,585 in early December

The Richardson Golden Eagle Band earned a UT Music Department invite to a forty five minute Austin concert. It was the only high school band invited in Texas at the clinic hosted for band directors to preview new music. The group impressed with selections including Mosaico De Mexico and Verdi’s Force of Destiny.
