TP&L appoints Herbert Pike Teinert as assistant manager
Herbert Pike Teinert is named assistant to the TP&L district manager in Richardson Texas. He succeeds Lindley F Elliott who moves to the industrial development department in Dallas. Teinert began at TP&L in 1968 after earning an electrical engineering degree from Texas Tech University and has held posts in engineering power consulting and personnel. Elliott has served in Richardson since 1974 and has led local chambers and charity groups.
