Public hearing resumes on Main Street zoning proposal

Richardson School Board approves low bond rate for 7 million issue
The Richardson school board accepted a low bid of 5.8622 percent for 7 million dollars in bonds, with First Southwest Co leading a consortium including Republic National Bank of Dallas.
