Richardson Independent School District plansSeal bid sale Monday for five million dollars in school bonds. First Southwest Investment Bankers acts as fiscal agent and will award to the bidder with the lowest net interest cost. Projects include a new classroom block at Berkner Pearce High School science labs and labs at Richardson High Lake Highlands gym and dressing rooms and vocational additions. Last year First National of Dallas was the low bidder with 5.455 percent average interest. maturities span 1974 to 1993. Bond interest will vary by maturity.
