Richardson City Council approved a 138.87 acre West and Browning housing development mixing single family homes with townhouses duplexes local retail and medical offices. The project zones 91.65 acres for single family homes 16.8 acres for townhouses 12.9 acres for duplexes 10.65 acres for retail and 6.87 acres for medical offices.
