Richardson Independent School District offers copies of its $235 million budget for 1968 69 in the office of Raymon Bynum at 400 S Greenville Ave. A public hearing is set for 7 30 p m Monday August 19 in the Board Room at the School Administration Building. Spokesmen say 91 percent of the proposed budget funds salaries for professional personnel and auxiliary staff.

International speaker to discuss Vietnam Friday in Dallas
