Richardson Council Delays Zoning Hearing for Arapaho East Village
Richardson City Council recessed the public hearing on 60.24 acres at Plano and Arapaho Road last night. The Arapaho East and Arapaho Venture seek rezoning for apartments duplexes townhouses and local retail near a 115.76 acre single family tract. The plan envisions 249 single family homes 16 duplexes 325 townhouses and 96 quadruplex units for 3.89 families per acre with a recreation area and clubhouse nearby.
