Fire Department Responds to Two Car Fires
Richardson Fire Department answered two vehicle fire alarms on consecutive days. On Wednesday a 1966 car owned by Glendon Ray Coston of Plano had minor seat fire caused by dropped cigarette. On Thursday a 1959 car driven by Joe Wolf for Southwest Body Shop suffered a wiring short at Lockwood and Inge Drive with no damage reported.

Boy Scout Troop 809 Heads to Camp Constantin
Fifteen scouts and three adult leaders from Boy Scout Troop 809 sponsored by St. Luke's Lutheran Church depart for Sandy Point Campsite at Camp Constantin on Possum Kingdom Lake.
