Richardson ISD trustees discuss salaries and new schools
At the 1973 meeting, the Richardson Independent School District board will consider a new salary schedule raising teacher supplements by 150 dollars for bachelors and 250 dollars for masters, plus higher insurance funds if approved. Woman's automobile found by her son in Richardson
Richardson Police investigated minor thefts and one car theft attempt on Sunday. Mildren Warren reported her 1963 Pontiac sedan stolen at the Richardson Heights Shopping Center between 2 and 2:30 p.m.. the son found it about an hour later in front of the Cumberland Apartments on Spring Valley and police returned the vehicle. Margite Garrett said someone broke into her home by sawed off a door knob, with $980 in items missing. Dennis Robinson reported a forced entry at 921 Melrose with drapes, lights and paints taken valued at $224. James Cranfill had a Chrysler boat cover stolen from 418 Spring Valley valued at about $45.
