Sioux County Rejects Road Paving Bids
Sioux County board of supervisors rejected two bids for 3 mile Orange City to Alton paving as excessive. Bids ranged from 389 to 399 dollars per yard for concrete paving similar to Alton’s, about 250 dollars per yard. New bids to be sought in January with no contract unless prices are reasonable.
