Town Council Grants Rate Cut for Boyden Electric

City officials state a curfew for Boyden takes effect immediately. At 8 30 p.m. the curfew bell will ring and all youths 16 or younger must be off the streets unless with a parent. Violators face fines from one to one hundred dollars or up to 30 days in jail.
