Town Council Resolution for a West Boyden Sidewalk

The Incorporated Town of Boyden Iowa adopts a resolution ordering a permanent four foot wide sidewalk along the west end of lot 14 block 14. Construction follows town ordinance using 1x12 boards with stringers and stone foundation. Completion required within thirty days from service of this legal notice by Recorder J A Tuttle.
