Mother-Daughter Banquet Held By St John Datcher League
The Mother Daughter Banquet originally set for May 11 at St John Datcher League occurred Sunday May 25. Forty five mothers and daughters attended a U shaped table setup with red white decor and programs. Marie Vagts hosted while Irma Jantzen Aretha Winter Laura Kruse and Anna Schedtler spoke on topics from Baby Days to Motherhood. Ed Schultz gave the response and a duet by Alice Jantzen and Gretchen Fick performed. A short pantomime by Ida Deutsch Marie Kruse Viola Winter Delores Behrens Laura Walter and Hilda Winter followed. Luther League boys served a three course dinner and received praise for their sportsmanship.

St Johns Parochial School Holds Eighth Grade Graduation
