Meyner Birthday Surprise Celebrates 42nd Anniversary
Relatives gathered at George Meyners home on February 12 for a surprise 42nd birthday anniversary party. Guests brought many seats. all enjoyed the celebration. The Vander Veen Sale totaled $3200 with good crowd attendance and chickens selling above $1 each. The Vander Veen family plans to move to Boyden soon. Farmers from the community attended the annual Farm Bureau meeting in Orange City with a fine program. Boyden patients at Cram hospital show improvement and expect to come home soon. Rex Toilet Paper three rolls for 25c at the Reporter office.
