Lincoln Way Crossings to Be Eliminated Under Nebraska Plan
A three year program by the Lincoln Highway Association of Nebraska, led by Gearge Wade, aims to eliminate grade crossings on the Transcontinental line. Planned works include new duels or underpasses in Tremont, Columbus, Tremont, and North Platte with additional routes in Cabarrus and Inter A states, and a joint effort with Union Pacific to replace crossings along the Lincoln Way and Union Pacifice roads. The project, to be reviewed in Platte and Meramec counties, envisions construction of grade separations and underpasses to improve safety and traffic flow.

Fragmentary OCR reads as a cryptic note about a center, winery access, and warning of a potential event. It mentions a term like Tan Mhalan and references warning others about a forthcoming show or event. Names and places are unclear.
