Belles of Boone 4-H Elects New Officers
The Belles of Boone 4-H Club met after school at Melva Lois Pearson's home with Lois Kleen as president. Fifteen members answered roll call. New officers elected: Melva Lars Pesrson president Bonnie Helling vice president Joanna Yungelas secretary Janice Helmke measurer Marine Nissen reporter Faith Kell ing historian. Mary Elfen Kleen named music chair and Meriton Nissen reminder. Secret sisters drawn. records and expense books returned. Dinner served. Beth Martin reporter. A surprise birthday party followed at Mrs. W. E. Phipps home with lunch and gifts.
